Kelly is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. Before becoming the owner and operator of The Bottling Company, she worked with Canebrake Country Club and Lake Terrace Convention Center. Kelly is incredibly skilled at cultivating an upbeat and efficient event experience for all clients. With her knowledge of the field and dedication to service, clients can be sure to expect a one-of-a-kind event with The Bottling Company.

Sahil is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Hospitality and Tourism Management. He has always had a special passion for event and wedding planning. Throughout his collegiate career, Sahil put together events for various campus organizations including Luckyday, Admissions, and Housing and Residence Life. Before BOCO, he managed local cafes, sharpening his skills in the art of coffee; and ran a meal prep/catering service. Through his experience and unique eye, Sahil is able to execute events and weddings and being them to life.
